About Us:

Intercambios Culturales Bolivia is a company based in La Paz, Bolivia. It has the mission of offering counseling services to students who wish to travel abroad to improve their English language skills and to advise those who want to continue their higher education in English speaking countries.

The company was founded in 2001 and has worked since with various educational programs and centers from the United States, Canada, Great Britain and Ireland helping more than 195 students to reach their academic and personal goals.

Representantive

A clinical psychologist with a long career in education, she is the Bolivian representative and manager of the programs offered by Intercambios Culturales Bolivia. She works with students and families providing advise and support. She is in charge of processing all applications.

Francisco Mejía Bastos

He was an exchange student in high school in California, where he won an award in the Speech Contest on a National level in Nevada. He studies Political Sciences and History.
He lived in the US, Belgium and Argentina and is currently working as the National Coordinator of the ICBolivia for La Paz and the rest of the Departments: he recruits students for our different programs.
